Delivery rates apply to all orders placed before 12pm – for same day. If you have questions about delivery
times or want to place an order for delivery after 12pm please call us.
Deliveries outside of Richmond will be delivered in the afternoon, typically after 2pm. Any orders that
require delivery in the morning, please order at least 24 hours ahead.
Please allow a 2-hour time frame that recipient will be home, otherwise please let us know where to leave the
flowers. Re-delivery will result in additional charge. All details such as including buzzer number, unit
number, time frame, and phone number will be required.
All deliveries should be complete by end of store hours on delivery day, if for some reason delivery was not
completed they will go out first thing in the am.
